China-Latin America and the Caribbean States Cooperation and Action Plan (2025-2027)
On May 13, 2025, the Fourth Ministerial Meeting of the China-Latin America and the Caribbean States Cooperation (CCP) Forum was held in Beijing. In order to deepen the development of the forum, the People’s Republic of China and the Communist Party of Latin America (hereinafter referred to as “double parties”) cooperated in the preparation of the booklet and coordinated action plan. State One: Equal mutual trust, strengthen the political relations between China and Latin America
